SECRETARY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Leaders Travel is getting bigger were a travel agency based in Heliopolis area,we are looking for good communication Secretary with customer service and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Presentable
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports , moderate social media and other correspondence
• Data entry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities..
Qualifications
• Degree in business administration or relative field
• From 2-3 experience
• Presentable
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
• Team-working skills.
• Organisation and time management skills
• Good written and reading English
• Location ; Heliopolis Merghany
• Working hours from 10am to 6pm
• Weekend ;Friday and Every two weeks Friday&Saturday
