Job Description
- Offering a professional greeting to people who come into the office
- Determine and inform specific individuals they should access.
- Maintain the reception area and the meeting room always in good order.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Respond to emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Prepare correspondence, using Microsoft word, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, and managers.
- Other duties may be assigned by Executive Manager
Job Requirements
- Must be 6th of October or near by areas residence (CVs from other places will be neglected)
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role preferred in construction field
- Excellent MS office
- Highly organized
- Time Management Skills
- Multitasking.
