What you ll do:
- Managing recruitment activities, training and Development and Engagement of employees while providing general administrative support to the HR Business Partners.
- Responsible for the Employees Onboarding program to ensure having the best onboarding experience.
- Recommend, establish, and implement relevant learning and developments program to support functions.
- Coordinate in engagement activities & wellness activities according to the HR engagement calendar.
- Maintain talent pool of potential candidates in the market received through recruitment platforms such as walk-ins, career page, referrals, job fairs.
What you ll need:
- Bachelors in business administration, preferably a certificate in HR.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar job preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
