Job Description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Responsible for Recruitment process.
  • Responsible for employee relations tasks.
  • Maintain HR database and ensure that it’s regularly updated.
  • Managing social insurance for employees ( form 1,2,6)
  • Check the terminated employees status before their payroll calculation.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 1+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
