Job Description
- Welcoming visitors and directing them the concerned employee or department.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing and sorting daily mail.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Create and manage both digital and hard-copy filing systems for all employees and visitors
- Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
- Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the Administrative Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & Proven experience as receptionist or front desk agent.
- Excellent Command of English & MS Office Package.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Presentable appearance and attitude.
