Responsibilities :
1. Calling customers who are referred to the Legal Department on a monthly basis to negotiate payment with.
2. Preparing notes and files for customers wishing to schedule indebtedness with the Legal Department.
3. List the results of calls to customers referred to the legal department on CRM.
4. Preparing daily and monthly reports on work results.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors Degree in law.
● Experience: Min Experience 1 year.
Skills:
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
● Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
