Social Media Management (Schedule, Posting, Replies, YouTube Videos)
A Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing a company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s social media strategy
- Provide a list of all marketing ads to be approved by DFSA on quarterly basis
- Create posting calendar for all platforms.
- Schedule posting based on social media plan and strategy.
- Communicates with followers as well as responding to queries and monitors customers reviews.
- Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
- Responsible for social media support, including maintaining Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok posts as per the page strategy
- Responsible of generating consistent reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assists in establishing and maintaining consistent brand image throughout digital platforms.
- Create creative captions with content team & design team matching the season as well as the brand persona.
- Responsible for Company’s email shot campaign dispatch to the company’s customer list.
- Provide post-campaign report with analysis of its ROI
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
