Job Description
• Communicate directly with clients in the gulf and Egyptian market through all available means of communication and encourage building trusting relationships with them.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Follow-up of the customer’s account, starting with contacting him, passing through the presentation and quitting, receiving the pre-order, and making the invoice or contract until the project is delivered and we receive the final payment.
• Follow up on the implementation stages of the project with the operations team through the project manager or his representative to ensure the progress of implementation according to the requirements of the client.
• Rapid response to the sales manager’s training programs and materials necessary to develop skills and get to know our products, our competitors, and everything that helps in achieving a noticeable increase in sales.
• Creating and maintaining customers database by inputting customers profile and update, connecting them with the company
• Developing new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
•Developing positive relationship with the clients.
• Generating new accounts according to clients segments
• Research and analyze sales and market conditions and opportunities.
• Making a daily report for the Sales Manager, in the absence of a sales manager the Finance manager will receive the daily reports.
• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Good handling and preparation of sales status report in Word, Excel, etc.
• Maintaining hard copies- if needed – and electronic filing systems.
• Making sure that every contact with client or customer will be informed to the Sales Manager.
• If there is an external meeting in Egypt the Accounts Department and the Sales Manager must be notified 2 days in advance.
• To provide confidential, personal, and administrative support
• Contribution in cost and price calculations for tenders and

Job Requirements
Full proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing
