Customer Service – Logistics Company

Location : Heliopolis Sheraton El Nozha

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly dealing with the customers through various ways by phone, mail, etc.
• Responsible for giving response upon customers’ complains, as well as giving the solution
• Manage the customers’ accounts (balance and enquires)
• Coordinate and communicate with company’s internal departments
• Interact with the customers, providing feedback.
• Prepare and later distribute the reports of customer activities
