Responsibilities
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Implement training and development plans
- Anticipate staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Recruitment
- Develop and implement human resource policies across the organization
- Handling and responding to employee inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in the field of Human Resources
Company culture
- Workplace: Cairo / Nasr City
- Working hours: 8 hours. From 9 am to 6 pm. Includes an hour lunch break.
