Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in e-marketing, digital marketing or related field.
  • Experience in managing and executing online campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and ability to create and execute social media content plans across multiple platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and ability to create and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with creating landing pages and optimizing them for conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in creating and executing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of how to grow social media following and engagement.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including visuals and video.
  • Experience with community management and customer service through social media channels.
