Admin\Receptionist to Branch 1th Settlement

Job Requirements:

1- Experience needed: 2 to 5 years

2- Salary: 4000 – 5000

3- Preferably from New Cairo

4- Ability to use Microsoft (Mail, Word& Excel)

5- Good level of English, writing and reading skills.

6- Ability to deal with special need kids

Job duties:

1- Responsible for reception and following up on (WhatsApp & Facebook messages, phone calls)

2- Responsible for scheduling (the initial detection dates, scheduling evaluations and the childrens schedules)

3- Responsible for entering the daily sessions and childrens appointment adjustments

4- Responsible for parent reports and scheduling meetings with parents
