Job Purpose
Maintain SMEs customers relationship and enhance their utilization to increase business profits from existing customers
Key Accountabilities
- Acquire new customers to offer the banks products & services and maintaining the existing customers relationship management
- Prepare the Packages renewals & Financial Analysis.
- Raise the portfolio of ABKs products and services and deliver information to customers
- Promote the banks product and services and regenerate business from current customers
- Handle issue raised by clients as part of daily operations
- Monitor of service levels and utilization of booked SMEs customers
- Accounts management and profitability oriented
Education
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Experience
- SMEs banking product and services, Network operations and procedures
- Minimum of 3-5 years banking experience in relationship management or corporate credit management
- Obtained Credit Course
