Job Description
We re looking to hire a team-player Data Entry Operator/ Specialist for a 1 year temporary contract who will be a focal/connecting point between multiple departments, and assist in diversified tasks with many stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Scala software pricing, terms, and data for business updates.
- Create Purchasing Info Records (PIRs) and Order Agreements (OAs) for all SAP products shipping.
- Provide invoicing and PO support for the ASM.
- Interact/correspond with HQ regarding pricing updates, questions, or requests for information/documents.
- Prepare all monthly reports: Price Comparison; sales Comparison.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring
that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and
delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Critical knowledge and experience
- Experience with MS Office and data programs/ Familiarity with Scala system is a plus.
- Familiarity with administrative duties with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Fluent English is a MUST, Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
