Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the AUC Afretec network coordinator, including planning events and preparing reports
- Handle the administrative load of the Afretec planned network activities at AUC, including the student activities and faculty training programs
- Act as the point of contact for the Afretec network at AUC in communicating with the other member universities in the network (for planning joint activities and for reporting)
- Maintain up to date records of the Afretec network activities at AUC
- Assist the market analyst, Afretec with data collection and data analytics as needed
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
● Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Experience:
● A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite software and Banner
- High ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently
