We are seeking to hire Recruitment Specialist to join our team
Location: Fifth Settlement New Cairo
Responsibilities :
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both white and blue-collar positions
-Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods and tools
-Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluations, and reference checks
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both white and blue-collar positions
Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
-Real Estate Background
-Males Only
