Description

To support our hyper-growth Startup, we are looking for an English-speaking Sales Administrator to join our sales department. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Ultimately, a successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.
What You’ll Do…

  • You will be a crucial part of our Sales team, owning many of our day-to-day tasks
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assists with data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities.
  • Updating and inputting records on our CRM systems, analyzing records
  • Running and creating reports

What We’re Looking For…

  • Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk or Sales Admin role
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent English skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and data programs
