Job Description

In collaboration with the company manager and under his supervision, The operation officer and representative will handle the following tasks:

  1. Handling the company collections and payments for clients and services providers.
  2. Operation work for tours, such as coordination with tour guides, drivers, etc and follow up of existing tours.
  3. Doing quotations for requested tours.
  4.  Maintaining and in charge of  the company office.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (Owner, Director, and Operations Manager).

Job Requirements

SKILLS NEEDED 

  1. Have experience in accounting and google sheets.
  2. Very good computer skills (Internet, word,  excel,  etc)
  3. Good in English, reading and writing.
  4. Energetic personality and able to learn fast.
  5. Good public relations skills.
  6. Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
  7. Knowledge about the different attractions and destinations in Egypt.
