Consumer Marketing Associate
About the job
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate the on-ground and conferences activation in line with the overall marketing strategy.
To produce meeting brief to the agencies and vendors before starting the deals.
Coordinate to invoice cycle inside with the finance team & outside with all agencies and other vendors.
Handling activities in clubs, malls, parks, etc. in relation to hospitals and group agendas.
Coordinate the onsite arrangements and logistics for events and meetings.
Manage vendors for all events/activations required elements.
Design events calendar in coordination with Senior Community Manager & Marketing Director and update a database for events attendees and invitees.
Ensure that marketing companies are delivered effectively according to the KPIs for each campaign.
Coordinate internally in advance with hospitals if medical doctors/nurses/ambulance are required based on the nature of the event.
Ensure smooth execution of the companies using the different channels that been decided by his manager.
Coordinate with social media Team based on the nature of the event.
Prepare an event review document after every campaign with results, learnings, and recommendations.
Education:
Holder of bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing.
Experience and Skills:
1-2 years of experience in similar roles
Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
Ability to lead and motivate suppliers and event organizers.
Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow.
