Job Description
– Location: New Cairo- 5th settlement – S90th Street
Living Yards Developments is currently looking to hire “Junior and Senior property consultants” with 0 – 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is responsible for determining clients’ requirements, and ensure maximum satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
– Determine clients’ needs.
– Provide Advice and guide clients.
– Sale, upsale and cross sale with current and new clients
– Conducting site visits.
– Negotiating and finalizing payment plans with clients
– Close and finalize deals at the soonest
– Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and other professionals in the industry
Job Requirements
Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered)
– Bachelor Degree is a MUST.
– Experience with real estate developers in new capital field is a MUST
– Very Good English & Arabic languages, writing & speaking.
– Sales, Presentation, Negotiation and Time management Skills
– Upselling and Cross Selling skills.
– Closing technics
– Attention to detail
– Accuracy in clients’ needs assessment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Presentable
– Microsoft Office good user
– Email and internet good user
