Customer Service Advisor

About the job

Concentrix

Responsibilities:

 

Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and online.

Providing support for customers to effectively resolve their queries.

Updating our systems with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.

Required Skills:

Fluency in language (B2 ~ C1)

Flexibility with rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight)

Grad / Gap year / dropout (UG with no commitment)

3 – 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience (preferred)

Benefits & Work Conditions:

Paid training period

5 working days (2 days off) rotational

9 working hours ( 1 & half hour break)

Ability to apply for any internal vacancy after 6 months

Transportation provided (door to door after 9:00 PM shifts for Females)

Salary

 English CSup to 14000 *

 English Techup to 23000 *

French CSup to 14000 *

French Techup to 24000 *

German CSup to 18000 *

 Italianup to 14000 *

 Spanishup to 13000 *

Note:

35% Cost of living allowance will be added to all salaries mentioned above
