Sales Support Representative

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support in the freight forwarding field. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales and marketing efforts, and contribute to our company’s overall growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate and personalized solutions to customer needs and concerns

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Assist with market research, lead generation, and campaign management

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services

Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data

Process customer transactions, including quotes, orders, and payments

Troubleshoot issues related to shipment delays, and other logistics concerns

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree.

-1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

-Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software.

-Familiarity with the freight forwarding industry and regulations.

-Problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

-Very Good in English.

Work Environment:

– located in Sheraton Heliopolis.

-Schedule: Full-time/ 9:00 – 05:00

-Working days: Sunday to Thursday.

-Day Off: Friday& Saturday.
