Salary: 3000 – 3500 LE

Office Hours: 2 days on-site & 3 days remote work.

:Location

This position is hybrid based between our headquarters in New cairo, Egypt & remote work. Flexibility for occasional hybrid work & travel may be required to attend meetings & industry events.

:Job Description

As a Part-Time Social Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting our brand’s online persona and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. Your creativity, social media expertise, and strategic thinking will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility, engagement, and overall social media performance.

:Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.

Oversee site metrics, interact with customers, and be responsible for creative design

Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Provide support in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and events.

Assist with community management and engagement initiatives.

:Qualifications

Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating compelling content, preferably in Beauty & personal care industry.

Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.

Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling applications.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet posting schedules and deadlines.

Passionate about the latest social media trends and a drive to experiment with innovative ideas.

Familiarity with social media advertising, including audience targeting and budget management, is a plus.
