Junior accountant

* Job Location: Sheraton* Job Title: # Junior accountant* Job responsibilities:
* Day to day reconcile all sales transaction (O/C) Account, cash, CC
* Support all stores on daily basis
* Reconcile POS transaction on daily basis for all stores.
* Responsible for reconciling Stores Safe Box for Cash Sales on system.
* Manage and review cashiers
* Handling the cash receipt process by updating records with cash deposits to bank.
* Prepare and update daily reports of the company’s banks position.
* Analyze and corresponds all differences from stores sales.
* Prepares journal entries for accounting system.
* Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
* Responsible for Currencies Safe Box (USD & EUR).
* Responsible for Follow up & Settling stores and office and others petty Cash on system.
* Monthly reconciliation for stores safes.
* Assist in monthly closing process and preparing monthly Report.
* Sharing in sales staff training.
* Maintain Filling System

* Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Residence: Nasr City, Heliopolis and New Cairo residents are preferred.
– Language: Good English
– Ability to meet deadlines
– Flexibility
– Good interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask efficiently.
– Good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
