الوصف الوظيفي:
- العمل مع عملاء فودافون أيرلندا.
- الرد على العملاء عبر الهاتف وحل استفساراتهم.
- العمل عن بُعد من أي مكان داخل مصر.
- الحفاظ على تجربة العميل وتقديم أفضل صورة للشركة.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية C1.
- للخريجين فقط .
- جنسية مصرية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مركز الاتصال (بالانجليزية).
- المهارات الاجتماعية والتواصلية.
- ذكور وإناث.

Job Description
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone Ireland Customers.
- Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
- Work remote from anywhere inside Egypt.
- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.

Job Requirements
