About the job:
Teleperformance Egypt is hiring for a Launching Account. (no experience needed) with NET Salary 11,400 EGP
Fluent English Speakers are needed in Teleperformance for Customer Support.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct interviews to assess if consumers have fallen
victim to consumer fraud or scams.
– Educate consumers on fraud or scam situations, raising awareness and facilitating refunds accurately.
– Record fraud incidents and interview in tools.
– Adhere to compliance guidelines and stay updated on fraud prevention techniques.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the fraud resolution process.
