- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد للغاية.
- معرفة ممتازة بالكمبيوتر وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

Job Description
- Handling customers over the phone and face to face.
- Build a good Rapport with Clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers’ accounts on CRM
- Follow up on customer interaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Very Good command of English Language
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
