  • معرفة المنتج المثبتة والقدرة على التواصل بالتفاصيل التقنية بشكل فعال.

Timings: From 9 A.M to 5 A.M

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at BusyBees Building Cleaning Company, your primary role is to engage with potential customers, nurture leads generated through social media, and convert them into satisfied clients. You will also play a pivotal role in understanding and effectively communicating our product knowledge. Your core responsibilities include:

1. Responding to Social Media Leads:

-Monitor and promptly respond to inquiries and leads generated through social media platforms.
-Engage with potential customers through messaging and comments to address their questions and interests.
-Build and maintain relationships with leads to guide them through the sales process.

2. Closing Sales:

-Employ persuasive and consultative sales techniques to convert leads into paying customers.
-Provide product or service information, pricing, and terms to help prospects make informed decisions.
-Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Product Knowledge:

-Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
-Translate technical details into layman’s terms for potential clients.

4. Sales Documentation and Reporting:

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
-Provide regular reports and updates on lead conversion, sales progress, and revenue projections.

5. Cross-selling and Upselling:

-Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

6. Other Duties:

In addition to the core responsibilities, the Sales Representative may also be involved in various other sales-related tasks, such as:

-Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
-Collaborating with the marketing team to provide input on lead generation strategies.
-Assisting in the development of sales collateral and materials.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
