المؤهلات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الوسائط الرقمية أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات الرقمية، ويفضل خبرة سابقة في وكالة رقمية
  • يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة سابقة في سوق المملكة العربية السعودية
  • مهارات لفظية قوية والقدرة على التحدث بوضوح وبلاغة
  • مهارات استثنائية في بناء العلاقات وخدمة العملاء؛ قادر على إدارة النزاعات بشكل بناء والرد بشكل احترافي
  • قادر على التعامل مع حجم كبير من المهام والمواقف العصيبة وأحيانًا غير المألوفة
  • مهارات ممتازة في العمل الجماعي وإدارة الوقت والكفاءة والتواصل
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة مع الاهتمام الكبير بالتفاصيل

 

Job description

Your primary responsibility is to exceed the expectations of internal and external clients by providing exceptional service and support through email & chat channels driving digital tool adoption and revenue growth. It’s a great job for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. You’ll multi-task, learn plenty and build your ability to drive sales and company growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital revenue growth for company; take revenue share out of the market, and create new digital business
  • Locate and contact potential clients to offer their firm’s advertising services
  • Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help (promote their products or services in the most effective way)
  • Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
  • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
  • Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples of previous work for other clients
  • Design, plan and launch sales campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate with other departments for daily tasks and operations (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Market research and new opportunities mapping
  • keep effective communication with current and past partners
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through different communication channels
  • Suggest and implement direct sales methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • keep records of daily work, and updated reports
  • preferred good knowledge with analytics tools and CRM program

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of Digital Sales Experience preferred previous experience at digital agency
  • Must have previous experience in KSA market
  • Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills; Able to constructively manage conflict and respond professionally
  • Able to deal with a high volume of tasks, stressful, and sometimes unfamiliar situations
  • Excellent teamwork, time management, efficiency, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail required
