  • الحصول على شهادة Meta BluePrint هو ميزة إضافية.
  • الكفاءة في إدارة الحملات المدفوعة وإعادة الاستهداف والإعلان على Facebook.
  • معرفة عميقة بتأثير الجمهور المدفوع بالعوامل النفسية في الإعلان.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية لتحسين المقاييس الرئيسية مثل CTR و CPI و CR و ROAS.
  • خبرة في إنشاء إعلانات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ، وتقسيم السوق ، وتنفيذ الإعلانات.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع ميزانيات إعلانية كبيرة على أساس يومي.
  • فهم عميق لل complexities of Mobile ads.
  • معرفة واسعة بمنصات إعلانات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (Meta – Snapchat – Tiktok – X – Linkedin).
  • معرفة بإجراءات التتبع وإعداد الإعدادات لجميع المنصات السابقة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تسويق التطبيقات من منظور إعلانات رقمية.

About the job

Role snapshot:

We’re seeking a skilled Social Media Ads Specialist experienced in creating and optimizing Social Ad campaigns for various clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and refining ad campaigns to drive lead generation, sales, and brand engagement across Social Platforms. This role demands proficiency in data analysis, creative strategy, and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Your Journey:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Social Ad campaigns, encompassing various stages from conceptualization to budgeting and ad format selection for diverse clients.
  • Develop prospecting and retargeting campaigns aimed at guiding In-Market Auto Shoppers through the purchase funnel.
  • Drive lead generation and sales via Social Ads, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all paid platforms.
  • Utilize Social platforms and Google Analytics to enhance and evolve ad campaigns.
  • Ensure prompt and satisfactory delivery of assigned tasks to clients.
  • Conduct A/B tests to determine the highest-performing ad elements.
  • Continually monitor and enhance ad strategies, providing insights to optimize conversions and refine ad copy.
  • Guarantee accurate tracking and reporting consistency for clients’ campaigns.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing social ad campaigns.
  • Possessing a Meta BluePrint Certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing paid campaigns, re-targeting, and Facebook advertising.
  • Profound knowledge of psychology-driven audience influence in advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills to enhance key metrics examples CTR, CPI, CR & ROAS)
  • Expertise in social ad creation, market segmentation, and ad implementation.
  • Experience handling significant budgets for ads on a daily basis.
  • A deep understanding of the complexities of Mobile ads.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social ads platforms( Meta- Snapchat- Tiktok- X – Linkedin)
  • Familiarity with the Tracking process and set-up implementations for all previous platforms.
  • A proven experience in App Marketing from a Digital Ads perspective.
  • Familiarity with third-party tracking tools ( Examples, Adjust Appsflyer).
