Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a WFH-Telemarket Specialist. The WFH-Telemarket Specialist is responsible for generating new business leads via phone or email while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Specialist conducts research to identify leads, contact potential customers, and schedule appointments. They also coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and successful conversion. The Specialist is expected to reach out to a large number of potential customers and have the ability to accurately communicate the services provided by Proper Business Solutions.

Shifts: Mon-Fri fixed

Operational Days: 5 Days a week with 2 Days off

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or relevant field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Honed skills in prospecting, outbound calling, and overcoming objections
• The ability to work independently and effectively while also being a team player.
• You need to have a laptop or PC and Home internet with a speed of 10 Mega Download/2 Mega Upload
