Job Description
– Provide SW/HW support according to the plans.
– Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
– Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided.
– Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
– Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
– Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
– Follow-up and update issues status and information.
Requirements:
– Network Fundamentals, (CCNA S&R) Level Required.
– Desktop Layer Support “HW / SW“.
– Good Knowledge of MS Windows Services (Active Directory Domain Services – File Services – Print Services).
– Good Knowledge of Firewall concept and appliances (FortiGate).
– Good Knowledge of Endpoint Security Admin Services (Kaspersky).
– Good Knowledge of M365 services (M365 – Azure – Intune).
– Good command in English.
– Experience: 1:2 Years
