Technical Support Engineer

We are Hiring Technical Support Engineer for a reputable US company (Outsourcing 6 Months extendable Contract).
The interested applicants must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT industry with extensive experience in hardware, software, Office 365 installation, configuration, and support. The applicant must have strong experience in the following:
– Support multiple Operating Systems: examples: Windows 10, and MAC OS
– Deep Awareness and experience of Active Directory – domains, OUs, GPO’s and update Active Directory for OU changes, enable/disable accounts
– Support Office 365 in a cloud environment – configure and troubleshoot
– Familiarity with networks, server & voice infrastructure to provide hands and feet support to engineering team.
– Strong organization, project planning and time management skills.
