Responsibilities: –
• Supporting all types of computer users
• • Solving hardware problems in PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Solving software issues (Windows, Office, Outlook, antivirus )
Technical competencies: –
• A bachelor’s degree in information Technology/Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of experience is one year in a helpdesk environment.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory is a must.
