WEmng is hiring an IT Field Service Operation Engineer for one of the most reputable Companies in “Assiut, Egypt” with the below requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in IT field service, network administration, or similar role.
3. Proficient in network protocols, standards, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.
4. Familiar with network devices and equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
5. Skilled in PC administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, using Windows.
6. Willingness to travel to different sites and locations as needed.
To perform the following:
1. Provide on-site support for client networks, PCs, and other IT equipment.
2. Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve network, PC, and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using the domain controller.
5. Monitor and report on network performance, security, and availability.
6. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for IT-related services and products.
7. Document and update IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
8. Follow ITIL and ITSM frameworks and standards for IT service delivery and management.
Working Conditions:
Location: Assiut, Egypt.
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm OR 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Day offs: Fri- Sat.
