One of the leading Multi-National Banks in Egypt is looking to hire it service desk with the below Qualifications:
· Responsible for managing installations and repairs for network cabling.
· Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.
· Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure the long-term efficiency of the network
· Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
· Schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work.
· Provide technical direction to co-workers on network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
· Have outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills, good communication skills, and good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
· Hands-on experience with common software and hardware is a plus.

· From 1 to 3 years of experience in network/computing systems.
· Ability to understand and translate IT language to end-user vocabulary.
· Effective communication and interpersonal.
· Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
· Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
