Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, and overtime.
-Compile and process payroll data such as hours worked, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions.
-Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy.
-Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
-Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Prepare and present reports to management on compensation and benefits metrics.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or in a similar role for 1 to 2 years.
-In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
