1- Social Media Moderator
Responsibilities:
  • Handling comments and messages on all social media platforms.
  • Monitoring posts feedback
  • Provide customer support
  • Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts – stories)
Requirements:
  • Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Grad)
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication & Computer skills.
2- Marketing Executive:
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content creation and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
3- HR Manager
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics of the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build moral and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individual and Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Support in recruitment
Requirements:
  • Proven previous work experience as an HR
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
