Senior Export operation
Job Responsibilities• Receive final S/D from and submit VGM and any other missed data before cut-off date.
• Offer the client the best solution based on needed free days at pod, and O/F rate.
• Coordination of the storage, shipment, and manufacturing schedules for specific products and commodities and the main standard of product in shipment by moving Dry/Reefers on dedicated equipment.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by taking action following their requests.
• Negotiations and decision-making over shipping costs with goods carriers and get the best prices.
• Approve and follow up the documents, processes and controls of freight payment and audit system and ensure all documents
• Coordination between clearance and freight to ensure delivery on time.
️Qualification:• The position requires 2-5 years of work experience (Full-time).
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving.
• Can deal with pressure and colleagues.
• Strong Personality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Transportation management
knowledge.
