Job Description
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts or performance evaluation forms.
• Managing the recruitment, hiring, and selection process.
• Onboarding newcomers to the company.
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
• Handles social insurance forms such as forms 1,2 and 6 and follows up with the employees within the probation period.
• Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisal, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
• Conduct exit interviews as required and follow up to ensure that the exit interview process is completed, and manage any received feedback through any channel (Verbal, by mail, exit interview…etc.).
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
• Assisting with the performance management and review process
• Ensures proper documentation and record keeping for all personnel files.
• Responsible for making salary surveys for each job.
Requirements
• Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
• Experience working with PeopleSoft software
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
