• Ability to solve issues by telephone for remote sites

• Network principals knowledge ( IP Configurations )
• Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• CCNA is preferred
• Experience 0 to 1 year

• English language Very Good written and speaking
