Mico is currently hiring English speakers for VIP chat customer service to participate in our platform
Responsibilities
-Contacting customers via chat
-Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
-Internal communication with related departments to solve user’s issues
-Achieving agreed targets within the agreed deadlines
Qualifications
-At least 1 – 3 years of customer service\sales experience
-Ability to multi-task, and organize work accordingly
-Professional command of English for both writing and speaking
-Ability to multitask, and organize work accordingly
-Chat account
-Rotational shift
-Salary: 9k as basic and 3k Bonus
-Medical & Social insurance
-Location: Maadi, Cairo
-2 days off, 8 hours work
