Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist. Based in 6th of October City, the role allows partial work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and current customers to promote Baseeta’s services, address customer queries, and provide exceptional support. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Excellent Communication abilities to effectively convey information and resolve inquiries
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Capability to provide Training to customers on products and services when needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a fintech or startup environment is advantageous
