Job Description
Customer Relation Specialists are the company’s real asset, responsible for managing the customer journey, from initial contact and all the way to closure, responsibilities include:
- Calling Prospective interested Customers, filtering qualified and non-qualified for mortgage.
- Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email.
- Follow up with customers on documents required.
- Advise customers on the mortgage process
- Update CRM effectively.
- Communicate effectively with Team Members, and third party stakeholders
- Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process

Job Requirements
