Job Description
Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked-In. Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms
- Post in both Arabic and English following the company standard guidelines
- Respond effectively to customers inquiries
- Create and import leads to CRM
- Respond to general inquiries received on company standard phone line
- Communicate effectively with Team Members
- Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process
