Responsibilities

  • Determine requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Build a pool of candidates by placing job advertisements on different social media channels by headhunting and cold calling.
  • Screen resumes and performs phone interviews with candidates.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Conduct HR and culture-fitness interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment process till offer acceptance and employee onboarding.
  • Ensure proper hiring process by receiving and archiving employees hiring documents and ensure their completeness as per labor law.
  • Prepare, maintain & report employment offer letters.
  • Monitor and report probation period evaluation forms as per company policy.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures.
  • Administer and report employees attendance as per company policy.
  • Administer employees exit process including finalizing the clearance process.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain records of employees evaluation results.
  • Onboard new hires and conduct the full onboarding process.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to new hire to acquaint them with the company process and culture.
  • Plan and manage internal company events according to demand and budgets set by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
