Job Description
- Receive and process leads.
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM
- Coordinate between departments to issue clients contract
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM, Assigning Leads to the sales team)

Job Requirements
- From 2-5 years experience in real estate companies.
- Very good knowledge in CRM & MS office.
