Main tasks
Logistics Support
• Capture and revise all GLC invoices to prepare for posting.
• Record all incoming shipments
• Record and maintain all discrepancy records including the scrap
• Arrange and supervise the grief area / Accessories.
• Support in scrapping process and stock taking
• Periodically challenge the storage accuracy by manual or system perpetual counts
• Revise and supervise binning process.
• Document and implement any new process through ISO registration process.
Health & Safety Coordinator
• Implement location incident management in coordination with quality management
• Act as location health & Safety coordinator according to MPC/GSP regulations
• Work closely with MPC and 3PL HSSE to follow up with all required health & safety regulations and Tasks
• Supervise any location work or needed regulation for safe handling of goods
Warehouse Operations
• Location Management handling
• Space Optimization and enhancing warehouse capacity
• Regularly checking on fast movers for quantity and location check
• Challenging 3PL for daily reported errors or wrong binning
• Work closely with GSP/ODW for space optimization and warehouse design
• Adjust bin locations according to storage needs
• Implement bar-code scanners for inbound/outbound operations
• Follow Daimler standards in bin locations definition
GLC Claiming
• Capture all claims to GLC and follow up with the feedback per claim
• Keep track of all over-delivery, under-delivery, wrong packaging, damaged, and missing packages.
• Report all cases through StarOrder Plus and follow up with the creditnotes
• Analysis of all credit notes to be added to the actual expenses by year-end
Environmental Management Coordinator
• Initially identify and continuously maintain local, market-specific conditions & standards incl. legislations as supplement to the given
GSP global standards Evironmental Topics.
• Continuously ensure implementation of all standards (global and
local) by involvement of respective specialists on Logistics Center
level.
• Coordinate usage of provided tools (e.g. checklists, databases, risk
matrix, etc.) in the Logistics Center to facilitate standard
implementation.
• Cover all aspects related to environmental management defined
within local laws and regulations and defined within ISO 14001

Qualifications – External
Qualifications
Training and qualification
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain is preferable. Business Administration/Finance/Commerce
Technical knowledge
• Knowledge of spare parts systems is optional
• Aware of standard supply chain and logistics functions
• Aware of various spare parts within a vehicle with general knowledge of usage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel-PowerPoint-Word)
