What You Will Do
- You are the owner of the recruitment cycle- and in this role- you drive strategic hiring decisions through a best-in-class recruitment process while championing an excellent candidate experience
- As we grow our business- you will also expand your network of great talent and be constantly on the look for creative solutions to sourcing and promoting our career opportunities
- At times- your priorities shift- and you will need to connect with external partners (recruitment agencies) to support with spikes in recruitment needs or whenever you will need to shift gears while managing employer branding & recruitment marketing or internship projects
- As the Talent Acquisition and Diversity- Inclusion- and Belonging champion- you will educate and coach the hiring teams- helping them through the hiring process and keeping them focused on attracting talent that can grow their full potential here at the Kraft Heinz Company.
What You Bring
- Bachelors or mastes degree
- Excellent English skills
- Solid experience in recruitment from Graduate to Exec Level- either agency side or in-house
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure key deliverables are met
- Capability to work to tight deadlines and in a high-volume environment
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced- vibrant environment
- Experience as a recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers while ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Negotiation skills- able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
