– Determine client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them along with the team members & maintain the follow up.
– Promote sales through advertisements, following up on the sourcing.
– Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
– Generate new leads, build relationships & referral pipeline to achieve sales volumes/ values as per set target.
– Ability to work without supervision and be able to manage by objectives.
– Ability to manage emergencies and difficult situation.
• Job requirements:
– A relevant college qualification.
– 3 years of experience as a sale agent.
– 2 years of experience in a pervious airline or tourism agency to meet the companys SLA.
– A good experience in customer communication and interaction with customers.
– Strong knowledge about aviation products.
– Excellent selling skills.
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
– Excellent written skills, Arabic and English.
– Ability to learn and adapt.
– Ability to manage emergencies and difficult situations.
